Believe it or not, the holidays are not the best time to book a flight to Manila. Besides, the flights are going to be expensive. However, if your family is in Manila then it will be worth it. There is nothing like going home to see your family for the holidays. Other than that, we are here to tell you when the best times to book the flight are. If the prices go down, you are going to be tempted to book flights. However, you should pause for a moment and do your research. After all, there is a reason why the prices go down. Keep in mind that your trip may be a disaster if the weather is not good.

Summer would be the best time to book a Singapore to Manila flight. That would be around February to June which means great weather in Manila. If you do that, then there is little to no chance that your flight will be cancelled. From Manila, it would be cheaper to book to the provinces in the Philippines that have nice beaches. Of course, Boracay, Palawan, Siargao, and Cebu come to mind. There is a reason why so many tourists go to the Philippines during this time. They all want to visit the white sand beaches that have made the country so popular. If you are not into that, there are other sights to see in the country like the Chocolate Hills in Bohol. If you plan to stay in Manila, that is also a great idea as you can hike to Taal Volcano or check out the white beaches of Camiguin Island. Both are several hours away via van, but they are worth it. Don’t forget to try the local food though as the locals will recommend the best ones. It is not hard to communicate with the locals either as they speak good English. Filipinos are known to be nice locals as they never fail to have a smile on their faces.

When it is rainy season in Manila, it is never a good time to book a flight. The storms in Manila usually arrive on July and August. During those times, expect heavy rains and it may be hard to get from your airport to your hotel. Add that to the fact that a lot of passengers may be stuck in the airport just waiting for the rain to stop. Unfortunately, that is never a good thing as the scene will be hectic in no time. There is even a chance your flight will be cancelled. Imagine spending all that money for the flight only to find out on the day of the flight that it is cancelled. They can’t really do anything about that as they did it for your safety. Therefore, choose wisely when it comes to the date of your flight. There are times when it is an expensive flight, but it is going to be worth it once you get good weather.
