Best Time to Visit: Throughout the year except December & January if kids are accompanying you

About the Resort:
Suro Luxury resort proved true to its name as our overall stay was quite comfortable but not everything was perfect there.
- Ambiance & Infrastructure: –
The Decor as a whole is picture perfect. The moment you enter the resort, Nature just grips you from all around as you feel delightfully engulfed with trees, shrubs, bushes, neatly crafted pathways made out of pebble stones /aggregates, dustbins made out of bamboos. Be it the resort rooms or the Dining area, the architecture gives you an oomph feel of raw yet beautiful natural ambiance in its purest form, probably because of substantial use of wood & other unprocessed raw material. It gives a much-needed break from the concrete jungles we all live in. And if I have single out one best area of the resort that would undoubtedly be the room balconies. Ah! Believe me, the view around will take your breath away,with pines all over. Icing on the cake are the rare birds that you will get to see from so close and when they chirp, you day is just made there &then. My rating for the ambiance & infrastructure of Suro Resort is –{4.5 /5 -Excellent}
- Food – Taste & Quality:–
Well this was an area which disappointed us a little and definitely needs a review by the management of the Resort. Though the food was hygienic but options available were very limited (considering it’s supposedly a 5-star Luxury Resort) and the taste was average too.Also, there was difference in the food served as buffet while the one we ordered in our rooms (which tasted a little better relatively). My Rating for the food is {3 / 5 – Pretty Average}

- Hospitality: Staff is very courteous & helpful. Besides the mannerisms, they are considerate towards human values, for instance if you are in need of a medicine or if you need some kind of assistance for your kids etc, then the staff is quite ready to help willingly. My rating for the hospitality would be {4 /5 – Very Good}
- Other Facilities available:
Some Basics recreational facilities like Table Tennis, Carrom Board are available too. We saw some Bi-Cycles there too in case you wanna go for cycling. Also, they arrange short & long treks on Chargeable basis .
Travel Tips
- Carry any Mosquito repellent.
- Carry some packed dry snacks for munching something with Evening Tea.
- Plan your Trip for a maximum of 03 days
- Visit the Suro Village which is in immediate neighbourhood of the resor
Final Verdict: 4 /5
Though the room charges are somewhat on the higher side but with the kind of milieu the resort has to offer, it’s totally worth spending.Definitely Recommended. Just go for it.
